Default All ok so far

All ok so far, actually packed in 12 hrs or so before it says, but didnt want to count my sleeping time.

Anyway, started Atkins at the same time as giving up.

Seems to be going ok, the effect of giving up two or more things at once is often it makes it easier, as you expect to feel bad, you know what is causing it, but it takes more than just a puff on a white stick to make it feel better.

little or no withdrawl feelings for ciggys, did have to have a nibble on cheese though to cure some crave feeling i had.

Excellent. Yeah, I'm doing the same as you. Figured, I was moving into a new apartment on July 17, so I'd stop smoking, stop drinking and start low carbing all on that day. Still going strong 3 days later and I actually went out and got a good walk in after dinner. (While madly chewing on some nicotine gum hehe)

What is really motivating me is the fact that I don't have a convenient place to smoke. I refuse to smoke inside the place that I live. And I don't have a balcony. And, I'm not going to use the apartment breezeways to smoke. That's not fair to my neighbors. So... I have no choice but to stop smoking. Unless I like to take ALOT of walks around the parking lot hehe.
