If there is anyone reading this from Victoria, BC and who isn't part of our group on facebook, I'd like to let you know that you'd be more than welcome to join us Wednesday, Oct. 24th, at 6-ish at Redd's Roadhouse in the Comfort Hotel on Blanshard for chicken wings (or whatever pleases you) and some low-carb camaradarie! I'm sure we'll be there until at least 7:30 PM, probably later!

If there is anyone in the Victoria BC area who is free tomorrow, there are a few of us meeting tomorrow, Wednesday the 24th, afternoon/evening at 6-ish for a meal at Redd's Roadhouse pub in the Comfort Hotel, Blanshard St. near Finlayson. The special on Wednesdays is chicken wings and they'll do them dry or salt & pepper, either of which is sauce free so no carbs! $5.00 per pound.

Sorry Anne, no I don't. There was one in the Duncan area but I haven't seen any posts by her for a long time so I'm not sure if she's still following a low-carb way of eating or not. Most people seem to be afraid to let anyone know what area they're from, a privacy issue I suppose, so unless they tell you, you don't know. May I suggest that you start a new thread on here and title it Campbell River, BC area -- you might get some responses!
