mmm...cocoa wheats cereal...
...well, almost
I know I've seen this somewhere, but was unable to come up with it's location here on the different forums. So...I ventured out on my own, and tried to do it myself. This is as close to cocoa wheats as you can get...
3T flaxmeal
1 scoop whey protein (with mine, that eqauls 1/4 c, & I use unsweetened vanilla flavor)
1/2 c water
vanilla
1T butter
2 t cocoa powder
few drops liquid stevia
heavy cream
I put all the dry ingredients is a micro safe bowl. Mix in the water & butter, vanilla, add sweetener to taste. Microwave for 1 minute. Stir, microwave another minute. Watch, cuz it bubbles up. When I remove the bowl, I splash on some heavy cream. It is so rich and cocoa-ey. If you like thicker cereal, you could add a lil' less water.
