A little bit of a lot of things. 2 fried eggs, bacon, sausage, beef liver, double-crème Brie, and some coffee with HWC. My norm is a big breakfast and no lunch.
When my son and I attended conference Saturday, I was not careful ordering my coffee, dang it was VERY sweet. THat is what " cream and sugar" will get!! lol My son traded coffees with me-- his was black. Yup, its taken 30 years but I can now drink black coffee!!!!
My landlord kindly brought me a couple containers of chili - I had the white chicken chili this AM and meticulously picked out the beans Half caff w/HC.
Breakfast/lunch are interchangeable for me - usually just have one and it's usually later in the day.
Small fruit bowl w/ strawberries-2, raspberries-6 & blueberries-10 with whip cream. Black coffee and 1 cup of Yogi Detox tea. Blueberries are high carbs but wanted my fruit today. 🙃
