Default Coconut oil and Macadamia nut oil?

What are the differences and benefits of each of these kinds of oils?

Do they help a LC plan when used together or should one be chosen over the other for a LC plan?

Opinions please?

I appreciate the input from everyone

Coconut oil is excellent; it helps to stimulate the thyroid and is good at relieving colds and 'flu. The other substance I know nothing about.
