Default 24 hours at a time...

Those of you who know me, know that I've had trouble sticking to any sort of plan. But CAD is the one easiest for me to stick and the one I've had the most success with in the past. So....

I'm taking it one day, 24 hours at a time. I'm keeping in mind that anything I crave is only 24 hours away. And I made a little graphic to remind me of this. I can do 24 hours. I can do ANYTHING for 24 hours.

Hi Cori,

I've read your struggles and sometimes the best thing to do is take it in little chunks. If there is something you think you'd die for (food wise that is), tell yourself tomorrow. Sometimes tomorrow comes and you don't want it anymore.

I wish you the best of luck and am rooting for you. I know you can do this.

Debi

Default Excellent, Cori

You can do this! That is a great way to look at it, in small 24 hour chunks. And after a while you won't be thinking so much about your next reward meal. Sometimes now they actually sneak up on me and I realize I haven't planned what to have at all.

CAD is the greatest!

Ok this 24-hour plan is really working for me. I've done four whole good CAD days now. I think I may have found my answer
