A tin of tuna in olive oil, a slice of mature cheddar cheese and a cherry tomato. Washed down with a cup of black coffee, into which I stirred a teaspoon of coconut oil and some caramel flavoured sugar-free syrup. Gave it a bit of a whoosh with the little hand-held milk frother...good stuff!

I had to run errands this morning so stopped off at a gas station convenience store and got two hard boiled eggs and a mozzarella string cheese for breakfast. It was good and filling on-the-go food.

A lot cooler now - eating breakfast again.
A cuppa coffee (usually decaf but just can't wake up today) w/HC, some shredded Cajun seasoned chicken and a squash mash with fresh sage.

A regular breakfast for me is turning a pair of our spinach egg white omelet bites into little "sliders" with 1/4 sausage patty and a slice of cheese cut into quarters on each.
