Default April's Log

OK. So in Sept I ran 2 5Ks and have since fallen off the wagon! I was running 3.1 miles at the gym 4-6x a week and just stopped. I am so sad. I've gained back 8-10lbs. I have no one to be disappointed in besides ME.

Rob is running a half marathon next month and he's fallen off the wagon too. Unfortunately for him, running 13 miles is going to HURT. He ran 3 miles last night and says he'll run again tonight after he gets back into town. This isn't about him, it's about me. But having someone to go to the gym with motivates us both. Lets hope we can team up again.

He lost over 100lbs and has kept most of it off. He's back up to 193, which he's really upset about. That's still good and I am still (as always) proud of him. But I refuse to buy any more ice cream!

Tonight. Gym. Lily will have to come with and behave! She's 2 and is so hit or miss with the daycare the gym provides. All I need is 45 min. That's all! I'll bribe her with hummus. Thats her fav. Thank goodness she's so healthy.

GOAL: 2 miles on the treadmill, all running 6.3+
BETTER GOAL: 3.1 miles on the treadmill at a steady 6.0

Stay tuned...
