2 cups of coffee with cream and splenda, 1 hard boiled egg and a 11 oz container of premier chocolate protein from Costco (very good for a quick on the go breakfast). Very filling.

My usual weekday fare: iced coffee with SF hazelnut creamer

I drink it on the way to work. Yeah, I know the creamer is 'frankenfood' but we all have our vices and this one is mine and it keeps me satisfied until lunch and makes me a 'happier person' than without it! lol

Now in the morning it's going to be bacon and eggs or ham and eggs. We'll see which one wins!

Tried these for breakfast this morning. These are not something to make if you are trying to get to work in a hurry. Multiple steps involved. They were good. I used a low sugar sour cherry fruit spread on them. No butter, they do not need any. 2 slices of bacon completed the meal and I am very satisfied. Try them if you haven't already Snowing here so it will be a stay indoors weekend for me

"Chocolate Shake" - 3 eggs, 1/3 cup HWC, 3 ice cubes, liquid splenda, 1 tbsp cocoa, 1/2 a lid coconut extract (mint is also good)
Never thought I'd be drinking raw eggs, but I've always eaten raw cookie dough without a second thought!

Have you tried a hazelnut or vanilla-hazelnut ground coffee? I love different using different flavors to keep it more exciting and I think it's frankenfood free. (Well, I think and hope it is. And if it's not I don't want to know. )

I have an egg salad for breakfast every day, with a variety of different colours on top of round lettuce, dressed with opulent amounts of olive oil. It's a treat for the eye and the tum:

It's all organic, and makes my brain feel fresher.

OM Goodness Kirsteen. I can't seem to get the salad building boot on until late afternoon. Good for you. I never thought of that for breakfast but it is certainly worth a try.
