Down a pound today. I begin to wonder if I have a psychological barrier to going lower than 250. It's been SO SO SO long since I weighed that little. Well, apparently lowering the carbs and calories WORKS, plus exercising what I can, and I REALLY want to have weight loss for Feb. I don't want to end up in Dec. weighing the same as I do now with no improvement in health.
