Question Fit Day question....

Third day of induction, and things are going well so far; I actually really have to play with my foods to get close to 20 carbs (after subtracting for fiber)! I think day 1 I had 14 grams....more questions about that in another post...

OK, I actually have 2 Fit Day question:

First, do you all find it cumbersome sometimes to enter your foods? I have only been doing it for 3 days, but I find it's cumbersome entering some things. For example, I buy "meat ends" at my supermarket (packaged up hunks of meat: turkey, roast beef, ham). It's hard to estimate how many ounces, or slices a hunk of that is if I eat it for breakfast. Do I just need more practice?

Second, how do a get a link to my Fit Day in my posts like you all do, so that if I have any problems you guys can check me out?

TIA,

theresa

Question no.1 I think it just gets easier with practice, the items you eat most often stay high on the list - as for the ounces and that if you think you are not good at guestimating why not get a small kitchen scale they are available in a wide price range in stores like wallmart and some pharmacies - maybe even some grocery stores.

As for question no. 2 I can't really help out I don't keep a journal at fitday so I've never tried to make a link to it - but I'm sure it won't be long before someone answers that for you.
