OK...I have ramped it up a bit! I am moving from the beginner workout to the Active workout. It was do-able, but the ab work was tough for me at this level, I am going to modify it a bit until I can work my way up to the standard ab work. I keep going though, and I hope my measurements reflect it!

Aerobic Interval Treadmill 5 minutes ~ 3.5 mph

Upper Body 25 reps – No rest between sets
Push Outs
Behind the Neck Press
Front Press
Upright Rows
Bicep Curl
Tricep Kickback

Aerobic Interval Treadmill 5 minutes ~ 3.5 mph

Abs/Hips/Thighs 30 reps - 10 second rest between
Sit Ups
Leg Outs
Vertical Scissors
Alternate Leg Raises (15 reps)
Elbows to Knees (30 reps with 30 second rest after ALR)
Knees to Elbows (20 reps with 30 second rest after ETK)

Repeat Upper Body Workout (15 reps each)

Hi Michele, I was checking out your gym log to see this escape your shape plan. It looks like you started on June 13, so it's been 8 weeks. Can you tell that this program is working for you? I'm wondering how much weight you've increased on these exercises... I found their website, but can't really make heads nor tails of the program from it. Do you use dumbbells for the strength training part of it?

*I think there is a difference in calories and miles because yesterday the treadmill changed to 3.3 for a while without me realizing it*

Jazz
Thank you for the encouraging words. I really wish I had more time to check out this site more I think that would be helpful too. I work way too much. I did just purchase Pilates tho and as soon as that arrives I will begin!! I just lost more weight this morning, total of 22#s off now...so that is real encouraging, now to firm up.

Thanks CompChick
