Felt less awkward today and it took 50 min instead of 43 the other day. My abs are sore from Tuesday and that is a great feeling. I thought the exercises were easy the other day, but they were more dificult for me today, guess the muscles were a little more tired...and thats a good thing.

I am pretty proud of myself. I have completed a full week of core workouts! I will do off day tomorrow. That will make 2 of those. My goal is to have 3 off day workouts instead of 2 next week. I am going to increase ab work to 15 and see how that goes too. It feels good to do it, I just hope I see results!
