Oh boy I am behind...I did not do the treadmill 9/24 - 9/26 I also missed 10/2, I plan on tentatively doing it today but not sure. When I did do it it was

30 minutes treadmill

3.5 MPH

1.81 miles walked

233 calories burned

I will be back on track tomorrow
