UBWO May 5

Chest Flyes 5 sets 30 to 45#
Bench Press 1 set 45#
shoulder press 5 sets 8 to 15#
shoulder side raises 1 set 12#
Delt Machine 5 sets ???#
Row machine 1 set 30#
concentration curls 5 sets 8 to 15#
Oops, forgot about the 2nd bicep exercise!!
tricep press 5 sets 15 to 25#
Tricep pushdown using lat machine 1 set 30#
Crunches - 5 sets
Bike 7 minutes
Swim 15 minutes

I am kind of in an anti-cardio phase. I'm just not enjoying it right now. Especially the bike. Can't push swimming too much cause of a bum shoulder, but I am enjoying it. Think I'll dust off the real bike and try that.

Holy smokes - has it really been that long. Well yes, yes it has.

May 22

Whole body workout with only the first 5 sets just to stop the atrophy. Will pick up cardio and normal schedule this weekend!

Okay, I really have been working out - I just haven't been posting

Yesterday was upper body. Felt a little weak but managed the full weights. Hams were still sore after doing Carrencut's SLDL's. Swam a little. Will go by the club tonight and attempt a bike ride if my legs will allow it.

Default Hi Nina

Thanks for visiting, you asked

Quote:
What are "the bubbles on a spirit level"?

As a bricklayer lays his bricks he will use a spirt level to check if they are perfectly level, the spirt level has a fluid filled chamber and if the bricks are unlevel then the bubble will not align in the center, indicating that what ever is being checked is unbalanced.

Sorry for the technical responce, have a great weekend and thanks for popping in.
