Second day and I feel great!
I just wanted to write in to say that although this is only my second day, I feel great and have so much more energy than when I was on Weight Watchers! Two nights ago I had made No Pudge Fudge brownies and I was craving them sooo badly that I actually took 2 large ones up to bed with me!! This is very unusual for me since I am not really a "sweet eater"--much more of a salty snack food type. The brownie incident happened the night before I started TSP. Last night, after dinner, I thought for a brief moment...What am I going to have for a treat? Then I realized that I truly didn't even *want* one! I love not even having a craving for sugar.
I have decided to put the scale away for one whole month and just focus on eating healthy and getting some good exercise (I just got a new bike and love to ride it but I will try not to do it to the point of stressing my body out ![Smilie](/images/smilies/smile.gif) I'm just so tired of being ruled by the numbers on the damn scale!
One quick question--when you make mexican, does anyone here use whole wheat tortillas instead of corn? I'm not crazy about corn tortillas and I have both regular whole wheat tortillas and also low-carb whole wheat tortillas from Trader Joes. Not sure which one to use tonight with dinner. Thanks!
