Are you still taking relacore? Have you tried relora and did you diet and exercise while taking the pills?

Oil of Oregano. Some people claim it has helped them in many ways. YMMV.

What is the difference between Relacore and Relora?

I took Oil of Oregano after almost finishing the bottle didnt see any difference at all whatsoever and had a liver attack... man was i sick...so then i went on fat flush plan cause i need to flush my liver out and make sure its cleans out...and that worked and lost inches so be careful when you take that...like any vitamins or meds

anyhow my question was the difference between Relacore and Relora. If anyone knows out there I would be curious..On the net it doesnt really tell you much but boost their products...thanks guys

Lan,
what do you mean by having a liver attack? What happened? Did you see a doctor about it?

yes i did see a doctor....i kept getting bad pains right below like the breast area and it made like a bulge like hmmmm how can i explain this....like an extra love handle below my breast from left to right and sticking out...i didnt do anything at first cause i thought i could of been something that i ate that didnt agree with me...the next day was worst...so i knew something was wrong....since i can deal with pain, the docs said to try first before they do anything drink plenty of water all day long and lemons...i dont like taking meds so i go for natural products first before meds...unless its was life threatening...i did feel better and i read the book fat flush plan and that helped alot...lost inches and felt better...great book....i still do my hot lemon drink first thing in the morning and last before going to bed...never had problems since then....and eat 2 eggs a day...i guess OoO isnt for everyone...or maybe cut the dose in half....too much vitamins out there....i just use the basics E,C,Bcomplex...maybe it didnt mix well with other sups...

Default ? Relacore side affects

I took Relacore for 1 week and then developed Abdominal Distention with painful gas. It took 4 days for the distention and gas to subside. I looked like I was 9 months pregnant. I was miserable. I am going to try Relocre again and see if the same problem occurs. I also noticed ocassional mild nausea the first couple days when I first started taking it. I will not continue to take it if the bad symptoms even came back in a mild form.

I've been taking Relacore for almost 3 weeks now. It has helped me alot with weight loss. I haven't had any side effects other than that it helps suppress my appetite for some reason.
