I was away when this was posted and missed it -- it's such a nice story. Thank you for posting it, John.

One thing that you wrote really struck me -- it's so simple, and so true:

CONGRATULATIONS! I know no kind of sweets can taste as good as both of you feel. You have inspired me and I thought I was unispirable. I have over 120 lbs to lose....and I am trying to read all the success stories I can find--no matter how big or small. Thanks Again. Keep up the Good Work.
