What? Ya’ll never seen a pregnant woman eating her very favorite things ?

YUM!!

More pork chop/blue cheese leek sauce leftovers, made buttered spiced walnuts for a snack.

Ooh, I eat pork very rarely (didn’t grow up with it by we are Jewish), but that sounds very good right now!
Hubs (who is also a bad Jew) will be so happy when I request some

Tonight I’m in mood for Smokey tempeh and a giant bowl (or two) of garlicky roasted broccoli.
Will be trying new enlightened line of keto ice cream hubs just found at store. Will probably have wasabi seaweed snacks and maybe some peanut butter.
And of course a few sparkling waters.

I had turkey, cooked cabbage with onions, and a little oatmeal. Can't eat dairy unfortuneately due to gut issues....may have a little chicken as a snack later on......

Mom came with loads of groceries bc I’ve been put on bed rest (hoping I’m off next week though!). Things have been so chaotic, she had no time to cook for me, so she brought a rotisserie chicken, part of a smoked turkey, a pound of steamed shrimp, hummus, the fancy Barney,s almond butter, 4 types of cheeses, celery, carrots, tomatoes, raspberries and strawberries, vegetable soups, sparkling waters....
love mom, she is so Jewish.

Dinner was delicious!

Aw Robin, hope you can get off that soon! Hope things are moving along ok for you and baby. Very nice of your mom to come.

Last night and most likely tonight - Barefoot Contessa's Roasted Broccoli and Clam Dip w/pork rinds... it was late and I nibbled as I made these things - I was full.

Thanks mviesprite- clam dip sounds good

I’m still on bed rest, time to be prepared to be for rest pregnancy. But Baby is doing great ❤️❤️❤️

Tonight I had half a rotisserie chicken of meat made into chicken salad with mayo, mustard, Splenda, celery and those new NSA Craisins. I ate it with some more celery stalks.
Omg....no regrets

Snack will be that new enlightened keto ice cream- red velvet, with 1/2 cup peanut butter.

Then for second night snack wasabi seaweed snacks and a protein shake (I am spilling so much protein in urine from preeclampsia that I can’t replace it through diet, so they started me on two 2 protein supplements a day).

All in all, I can’t complain- baby is doing well, that’s all that matters.

Good to hear, you and baby are well!

I made Kristine's Chinese Style Ground Chicken Dish tonight... really good. Ground chicken, sesame oil, soy sauce, splenda, chili garlic sauce and a pkg of finely shredded cole slaw mix.

My latest is just to brown a pound of ground pork, top with Primal Kitchen Golden BBQ sauce, then some coleslaw.

Dang, so good I'm making it for breakfast 12 hours later! Big meeting, nothing but pastry. You know!

That does sound good! Ha, yes I do know!

I made Asian Beef w/snow peas - used arrowroot instead of cornstarch and sweetener w/maple syrup instead of brown sugar. It turned out well.

Marinated a London Broil last night and am about to broil it! Will make a horseradish sauce with it. More than likely I'll have a little broccoli with it.

Where's the edit button??? I didn't end up making this yet - for sure will make it for tonight - read that it can stay in the fridge marinated for up to 5 days. Also making Zesty Carrot Bake to go with it. Mocktail - fizzy water with rum extract and a tiny bit of agave nectar in it on the rocks.
