L: broccoli cheese soup; green salad w/Olive Garden Light dressing + 1.5tsp olive oil
D: trying a recipe from the old WW Quick Success plan cookbook "Chicken 'n' biscuits"; salad

Additionally: 3 brazil nuts for the selenium; 1/2tsp each MCT oil and orange blossom honey mixed, supposed to help sleep quality
