I'm back from a 12 day vacation. Flew into Las Vegas, then set out on a road trip to see Zion NP, Bryce NP, Big Bend, the Grand Canyon and the Hoover Dam. I put 1608 miles on the rental car. While it was not a total carbfest, I did eat terribly - including products like commercial KETO bread & wraps, that I typically avoid. The vacation's over. I need to get back into a routine. I think my test with DDF went well and I may make that my new plan if I can stick to it.

I'll think about what I need to do in the coming days and start over with this challenge next Monday.

Welcome back and good luck on new plan Ken. I'm going to be heading down to TX for a couple weeks starting next week. I'll check back in when I get back and figure if I need to re-engage current plan or sit out and simply work on eating P:E > 1 for X amt of time.

I am starting another challenge today. I think the concepts behind Data Driven Fasting and prioritizing protein are sound and certainly worth trying. For now my goal is to get back to eating clean, whole foods. I've eaten a lot of crap this past month. I want to get back to being totally gluten free and do better to limit seed oils in my diet. I still haven't decided if I want to stay keto or simply remain low carb, but above my keto limits. When the November DDF 30 day challenge starts I'll be joining it. I didn't adhere to it very well on the first attempt. I plan to do better this time.
