Hey Built! Thanks for the support (as always). So far I have done Leg press, Lat pull down, chest press, bicep curl and abs on the ball - in that order. Today was my 2nd session with 4 days rest in beween. So far so good. I will let you know what progress I make (if any). I also walked for 45 minutes this morning before I hit the gym - ALWAYS a good thing!!!
