I had too many sugar alcohols yesterday and then I had two pieces of toast late at night. I’m not feeling it at all.

Heidi - great job staying clean while at your son’s house. I hate it when I stay good during something special but then blow it afterwards. Like yesterday I had pizza toppings only for dinner but then later I had toast. WTH? I should have just eaten the whole pieces of pizza.

Was doing so good and then the long weekend came, mommy came home, what can I say, it is what it is. Ate cereal last night. Back on track today. Going to try to make my goal of 192 by Sunday. Will be hard but I am determined. Being back in my own structured environment will help.

I'm still stuck in meetings this week. The weather changed too so I have no idea how much I weigh because I'm now wearing 5 times the amount of clothes to bed and in the morning.

Mom is hanging in there but doing worse by the day...it's hard to watch but I'm thankful for the time.

That’s better, lots of fluid.

We picked the last crop of peaches off the trees while I was at the kids house, they are sooo delicious. Limiting myself to one a day.

It’s not falling off as fast as I’d like. Patience, patience, it will happen. Goal is 192 by Sunday morning. Busy busy, prepping for an upcoming show on Monet at the Art Museum. Hard not to munch when I am studying.

Where is everybody?

Hi Heidi - I’m back. I was without power for two and a half days. Lots of eating out and I used it as an excuse to eat whatever. I was working out of Starbucks using their free wi-fi and power today and yesterday. Back up and running now thank goodness.

Looks like Teresa and Ang are only posting on the other site now. Oh well, it was nice while it lasted. Thanks for hanging in there with us Heidi. I’m not sure how long I’ll keep daily posting my weights. It doesn’t seem to be helping me much anymore.

CaCO - still praying for your family. Such a difficult time you are having. Enjoy every minute with your mom.

Heidi & Kit -

I'm still here! Having a couple of rough days plan wise, so not posting. I know I should post to stay focused. Nothing really bad, but had tacos last night for dinner. So, not going to weigh today.

It has been a long week and i am super tired today! The weather here has been unseasonably warm and beautiful but that will be changing this weekend. Such a bummer.

Yesterday I had to work from home because our internet was being upgraded, so had to be here for the tech. I got to feed our duck friends a couple of times. We've had ducks come to our patio every summer for the last 18 summers we've lived here. If the right duck is in the water, and we whistle, he/she will swim fast and come in our yard for corn we feed them on our patio. Yesterday, there was the biggest group yet, 7 ducks! Although, one was not using one of her legs and was hopping. Poor girl.

Went out to dinner for a lobster special last night, had a few things I shouldn’t have. Darn it, I was almost in ketosis. I should have stayed home but it was so good. Back to eating lean and mean today!

I’m taking a break guys. My heart just isn't in it right now. I may be back later. Who knows? I hate when people just disappear from these sites so thought I owed you an explanation at least. Sending lots of luck, love and hope your way.

I have not seen the 260's in YEARS! I think it was 2011, the year I got married. When I met my husband in 2008 I was in the 240's.

We dropped to 57 degrees mid-day today! that's like winter for us! WOW! My recess partner kept her kids inside. I was like….I'm taking them out to run! Since it was in the 80's this morning a few kids didn't have a jacket. I told them to run and they will warm up.

Heidi – ack! Don’t say that 4 letter word! Too soon, too soon!

Kit – thanks for letting us know you are stepping away. I will miss you a lot. Don’t stay away too long. Please check in once in a while.

Ang – welcome to a new decade! Woohoo!

CaCO – keeping you and your family on my mind

I struggled this week, really struggled. Today is a new, fresh day, and I am going to make better choices.

Our little group was growing, and is now shrinking. I don’t really feel at home here and I didn’t feel welcome over there.

Heidi – I know you and Kit discussed starting a thread at the other place. If you do, let us know here. Maybe I will try the other place again.
