1. No cheats - on plan food only. To aid with this I am taking a small notepad with me and when I see something I think I will throw in my mouth I am going to write it down instead.
Day 60. On my notepad for the last few days: Starbucks new drinks, PANCAKES, pkg of really good sounding cappucino mix on the table at the library, little cookies, mini muffins, popcorn, some candy from a patron that I really like. I ended up going out with the library staff tonight, free ticket to see our branch manager in a radio play and out to eat. I did well, stuck with water, and ordered the rolled eggplant with ricotta topping. It was not breaded, thankfully. I did not want to blow my progress.
2. 30 min exercise 5 X a week.
did not happen. I had planned to go walking after work tonight since I had some time before the sun set, but then I went to the play instead.
3. Clean SOMETHING. Or sort, organize, etc. 15 min + 5 X a week.
did not happen ...oh well. Not a great week so far for anything but staying on plan and that's the biggie.
4. Open mail right away, keep on top of finances.
Annnnd didn't happen today.
