Oh my gosh this stuff it do die for. I loved it, I made a double batch and kept it in my seal a meal bags for lunches. My husband and daughter really liked it, but I did the rice on the side for them also. This is a great meal. I found myself at lunch thinking about it. Super thanks for the recipe

Default Yummy!

I made this last night and it was so easy and delicious. All that dill smelled heavenly throughout the house too. I think I'm going to try it with the sour cream next time and see how that is.

What do you put it on? just eat it plain after it is done like a regular casserole?

I am slipping on the LC and I have a feeling it is because we are getting too redundant in our food...this looks really good.

Do you grille the chicken or just cook it normally in the oven/stove? Does it matter?

Keebelf,

When I made it I roasted a whole chicken first, pulled all the chicken off the bone measured what I needed for the casserole and then froze the rest for another meal, or you can make chicken salad with it, keep it around for snacking....

I did enjoy it, but I found it to be a little on the greasy side. Maybe I did something wrong?

I'm vegetarian and made it with soy "chicken" strips. It was very good.
