Default Merry Low Carb Christmas

...to those who celebrate it!
Turkey...gravy...mashed cauliflower...yum yum yum!
Did I say gravy?

I hope those with a sweet tooth have prepared their alternatives and planned accordingly, I wish you strength and good cheer.

Merry Merry, All!!!

I made it through "the majors" without any trouble.

NOT ONE BITE.
NOT ONE TASTE.
NOT ONE CRUMB.

Stuck to my motto above, and ate VLC. No difficulties. Was mostly not hungry for anything...

Just ate meat, veg and fat.

Think I might hit a minus five for December- very happy with myself.

Good job to everyone else who did not succumb to temptation!!!

We give ourselves the gift of health!!!

Cheers!

For me: grass fed beef jerky and a little LC beer. My bigest Holiday splurge? Two Brussels sprouts with butter and fresh ground pepper

Yay All!!!

My indulgence? Wine for 4 nights, probably about 15g carbs but as we know it’s the alcohol burning slow down.
And I had ONE turtle on Christmas eve ... and it didn't throw me off ... first piece of that kind of “candy” in two years ... meh.
My dark dark chocoate and unsweetened whipping cream was better.

Rock on low-carbers!

I indulged some. I had wine - about 3 glasses - over Christmas Eve and the 27th I’m sure that slowed my burning calories. I did eat a tablespoon of potatoes Christmas and the day after along with my prime rib roast. Yum. I’m back on track today!💪🏼🤞🏻

I was a good girl until Christmas Eve. I had planned a one hour cheat to eat some goodies, but turned into two hours. Mostly on plan but had a couple of cookies and a piece of cake. It didn't knock me out of ketosis, but has stalled a couple of days. Had a relapse next day for another piece of cake, but now I'm back on plan. Pick yourself up and keep on goin'...It was so hard to make all those goodies and not taste or sample as I went, but I managed to do it, AND sent them all away with my guests.
