Cool let's get going!

Hello everybody. I started induction one week ago and I have lost five pounds so far. After my first two kids, I used Tae-bo to get the extra weight off, but after my third, who has the time? I figured, I can't control how much sleep I get, but I can control what I eat, so here I go. So far, so good. Has anyone experienced side effects to this diet, like upset stomach or indigestion? I cheated and had a piece of wedding cake at my sister's wedding last weekend, did that set me back alot? Just curious about everything. I am very open to tips and suggestions, especially what to do after induction is over. How much weight is usually lost during induction, anyway?

Yep! On induction or when returning to low levels of carbs. Also fatigue, headaches, dizziness.

You find this out from experience. Only time will tell. Everyone has a different experience 'cause everyone works their plan differently, has a different metabolism, a dieting history, medications, etc.

From all the newbies here, the reports are anywhere from 0 to 15 pounds.

Thanks, Karen. Another question, what do you do when you have a craving for something sweet? I am stumped on that one.
