I go with a good sports bra plus a tank top with a built-in bra. Seems to work.

As for the videos, I'm gonna have to wait a few days to try them. I messed up something in my back the other day, and right now I can run on the rebounder, but I can't do the straight-up-and-down jumping they do in the workout.

This is an excellent video for a rebounder workout.

Does anyone know: how much time on a rebounder is equal to 20 minutes of walking? I walk 40 min. a day right now, and I have a rebounder that I never use. I was thinking that maybe I could change over when the weather is bad.

I've seen statements to the effect that 10 minutes of high energy rebounding gives the same benefit as 30 minutes of jogging.

I know that in the beginning, doing 5 minutes of low impact jumping jacks on the rebounder made me really SWEAT! LoL. These days I can do 300 jumping jacks on the rebounder without raising a sweat. But boy howdy! I sure do feel it!

I think rebounding is wayyyy too much fun to be good for me. I use the urban rebounder, by the way and I think there's a world of difference in the bounce between it and say, a walmart $35 cheapie model.

JMHO!

Funny that this just came up again. I was using my rebounder religiously, then started branching out into other stuff and doing more weightlifting and such. And weight loss (and inch loss) stopped short.

So yesterday I did weights AND cardio (but Dance Dance Revolution, not the rebounder) and today I did the rebounder for half an hour and then DDR for half an hour.
