I lost a whole pound yesterday and I'm officially back in the 100's. It's been years (I shudder to think how many) since my weight started with a 1. Whoo hoo

My biggest milestone so far was going from an XL blouse to a Large.

And that's a great achievement as well Pollyanna!

I lost another pound the next day (so I'm down to 198). I usually only lose a pound a week (very steadily) so it makes me nervous when I lose more than that (or maybe it just makes me sad that I can't lose that much every week - idk)

RachelBB - I didn't do anything to celebrate. Maybe I should have.

I guess my next goal in to fit into my old fat clothes. It'll be nice to have a more choices when I get dressed. I'm guessing 15 more pounds (maybe 20) till I get there.
