Default Unbelievable Sweet n Sour Fried Cabbage Stuff

I made this from the hip, so I'll do my best to create a recipe for it. I HAD to share it cos it turned out so great. Its basically a variation on southern fried cabbage, so I suppose it could be called, sweet n sour fried cabbage. Btw, I'd use a shallow pot, or deep drying pan, cabbage is bulky till it cooks down.

1 head of cabbage, chopped in about 2-3 chunks
4T Butter
1 T evoo
6 think or 4 thick slices Bacon, chopped
Red Pepper Flakes
2 T Vinegar
2 sweetner packets
salt and pepper

Melt butter, evoo then add chopped bacon, cook till crisp, remove and set aside. Add in chopped cabbage, pepper flakes, salt and pepper to taste, cook on med/high for a few mins and stir like a stir fry till you start to see the cabbage all get coated and start to cook down. Turn down to med and cover. Cook for about 10 mins, stirring once. Remove cover and cook till desired crisp or softness. 1 min before done, add in vinegar, sweetner and crisp bacon pieces. Serve hot and mmm mmm mmmm.
