Default artichoke and spinach casserole-lo gi-lc

Three large cans of artichokes ( in brine)
three bags of frozen spinach leaves (no stems)
large package of swiss cheese (about a pound)
small container of sour cream

Shred swiss cheese. Cook spinach until hot. Drain. Then squeeze all the water out of the spinach and put in casserole dish. Add sour cream and shredded cheese. Cut up artichoke into small pieces and add to mixture.
Mix very well. Cheese has a tendancy to clump. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
Makes about 18 1/3 cup servings

This sounds good, but how large is large? What size can of artichokes do you use?
