There's no reason to feel like you're in a corner with ideas when you're on Atkins. If you have the time some evening, take a good look at the recipe forum.

It does seem like it's easy to get in a rut with the foods, at least it was for me. But the people here really help. I started a thread yesterday about what's on our grocery list. You cannot believe the possiblities of food out there! They all helped me!

**Remember, shakes and bars are not meal replacements. Get some fat and other whole foods. Try to stay away from what we call "Frankenfood", meaning artificial food, for a while.
