Default Ask Dr. Michael Fox about PCOS, fertility, etc.

Dr. Andreas Eenfeldt has arranged to have another respected LC doctor answer questions about their speciality.

You would have to be signed up for the Diet Doctor membership site to do so, but the first month is Free. This format worked out quite well when Dr. Fung answered questions about fasting and diabetes.

It also gives you access to all of Dr. Fox's talks and interviews about PCOS and fertility:

I've met Dr. Fox as I went on a three of the low carb cruises and Dr. Fox also was on the cruises. He gave a presentation on the first cruise I went on which he stumbled upon almost by accident. That cruise left from Jacksonville, FL and Dr. Fox's practice is in and around Jacksonville (several sub-offices, one barely a mile from my house). Anyway he found out about the cruise and bacame a last-minute attendee and presenter, and he was on the next couple cruises I went on also.

Yes he is a fertility specialist, and he said in his talk that when couples come to him with fertility issues the first thing he does is put them on a low carb diet, and it's often the last thing as well because in many cases that is all that's needed for a couple to conceive.

Oh yeah ladies! I have watched all of his interviews and I respect what he says. I am trying to conceive, so as soon as I saw he was taking questions, I was first in line! Hoping for some advice soon.

Jimmy Moore has been podcasting the 2015 LC cruise talks. Great talk by Dr Fox, though bummer at the end about coffee. Some good points for every women about hormones, thyroid, etc. not only those with PCOS. http://livinlavidalowcarb.com/blog/...e-lecture/25544

Two years later, Dr. Fox is still answering questions on Diet Doctor, here's one on dealing with unwanted hair growth with PCOS.

A great resource for specific information.
