Last week's recap of exercise:
Dreadmill x 30 minutes x3 days
yoga-1 practice
Step goal =10,250
Actual steps =16,294=5.39 mi=922 cal= 4hr and 42 min

Todays goal is to walk dreadmill for 30 min

Hi Nancy!

Sorry for my lack in being here! This has been a rough week for me. All of my goals has slipped!

Just getting on the floor and excercising is not something that I can do very easily. Can you give me some pointers of what you do to mentally and physically help you do SOMETHING every day?
