Thumbs up

We made it and I really liked it! It was completely different from what we regularly eat and I think that's why we enjoyed it. I ate mine in a low carb tortilla and it was delish! I plan to make a wrap again and eat it cold for lunch tomorrow.

Thanks for the recipe. I made it for dinner (added 1/4 cup sour cream and topped with ground pork rinds) and it was delicious.

I really liked this.... I didn't have broccoli so I used cauliflower & spinach it was very good. I definitely think the spinach makes this dish. It kind of reminds me of the flavor of spinach dip which I love I did use the whole bag of cauliflower and about 2 cups of spinach, and it was 1 cup of mayo. My family liked this so much I only have one serving of leftovers. I plan on making more for me to have for breakfast or lunch

How many servings are people getting out of this recipe?

I'll definitely be trying it in the next couple of days!

I made this a couple of days ago and added the sour cream as suggested. IT was awesome. Even my dh loved it. I made some rice on the side, so that he could mix it in his.

I also added some canadian bacon to the casserole, it gave it some extra flavor and substance.

I loved the casserole. I will be making it again

Thanks
