You could probably drain the regular cottage cheese as well and then you could have the milk from it for a dressing couldn't you? You would have to probably let it drain say overnight and then you could spread the cheese out and have it to roast, but you could take that cream and add some garlic powder and a little sour cream and you would have a good creamy garlic dressing???
