Default Still cravings and sometimes fatigue

Hello,

It's now about three weeks I'm doing Atkins (indiction) even though I found sometimes difficult to adhere strictly to the program. I'm not saying that I'm cheating . I'm still in Ketosis even though the test is not full scale up.
I definetly cut off sugar, starch veggie and refined carbs. What I find diffcult is to eat adequate amount of fats. Could this be the cause why sometimes I still have cravings? Furthermore it happen to me that a couple of days ago I felt very tired and hungry. Had to binge a little on protein (50 gr raw prosciutto, 120 gr cheese) to feel a little better.
Anyone of you experienced the same simptoms?
Any way to avoid these cravings?
Thanks
Luca

Eat high fat foods including nuts, avocados, meat, bacon, cheese add butter, mayo, coconut oil to things - it all helps. If you're in ketosis, you're body is using that fat for energy and without enough, you probably will feel sluggish!!!

You're maybe just hungry, especially if you haven't had enough fats in your diet. Ojo's advice should help with that. I'd add oily fish to her list.

Good luck.

Be sure to get enough salt, it'll help with the carb-flu symptoms. It sounds like you binged on very salty things. Maybe it was your body's way of getting what you needed: salt and fat.
