How to change the title of my journal?

Instead of naming my journal aalley, i accidentally named it my 1st journal entry. Now no one will know it's my journal. I can't edit it and I cant start a new one because that one already exists. I am frustrated! Can someone help?
I need my journal titled correctly so people who want to check my journal will be able to find me.
