I'm excited that you found something that works for you, that is what it is all about. It has to be livable, doable, and rewarding for it to become a habit!
Suggestion for weekends, do some food prep for the next week. That way you have stuff that you want in the fridge, and you're ahead of the game for next week as well.
I'm holding tight up by 171.6, still aiming to be 164 something December 23rd, will be happy with anything in the 160s that I can maintain through the holidays.
I was 188.4 last year when I decided I couldn't feel the way I felt December 23rd last year on December 23rd this year, lots of learning, lots of growth, and as always grateful and thankful for the journey.
