Default February 2021 Daily Weigh-In - Everyone Welcome!

This is a friendly and supportive group. We celebrate victories, both scale and non-scale. We cheer for you for keeping on going in the wake of adversity. We wait patiently every day with you who have slow losses. Everyone is welcome to join right in at any time.

Start by putting the date and then your weight. Each day, copy and paste your entry from the day before and add that day's weight. (Hint: an easy way to do this is to hit "quote" in your previous post, then delete the 2 quote tags at the beginning and end of your new post. This will preserve any formatting and smilies you had.) It's a good way to keep a record of your progress.

thanks for your encouragement. of the 12 lbs that i gained recently from the new meds, I've lost 7 of it. My husband has started a program too, no low carb, but that is okay.

Hi everyone, I don't normally weigh every day, but have decided to commit to doing just that during February. I'm hoping this challenge will help to keep me accountable

expecting a loss tomorrow

Kristine-thanks for your kind words.
Treehouse-6 lbs in 3 weeks at your low weight will take serious dedication. I think we can all join you in that journey.
Demi-please be here every day, even if you don't get on the scale or lose anything, I know it helps me stay on track.

Chris - I am determined...I really don't want to take meds for high blood pressure and was given a choice to either try to lower my pressure myself (through weight loss) or go on meds...my bp is much better after dropping even a few lbs so I am hopeful.

treehouse, like you, I would have preferred to try to lower my BP myself, but unfortunately I have had to go on meds. However, again like you, I am determined to lose weight and hopefully be able to drop those meds once I have.
