Question Please help

The other night in the grocery store I found something amazing but now I am wondering did I blow it. I found a sugar-free low carb milk chocolate bar. It has 37 calories, 2.5 grams for fat, 0.16 grams of carb. The ingredients are maltitol, cocoa butter, chocolate liquor, sodium caseinate, milk fat, soya lecithin, vanillin, natural flavor, salt, sucralose (splenda blend). And I ate it several hours after my last meal of the night. If I did blow it how long should it take my body to get back on track? Please help me I feel like giving up.......

Hi Stephylyne
Don't worry about that chocolate bar you ate,you did everything right by eating it away from all meals (because of the caffeine in the chocolate) many sommersizer eat bars similar to the one you describe, they are called Ross's, they talk about them alot on her website,if you are on level 1 you probably shouldn't have them very often,I usually will ony have 1/3 of one, when I am craving a sweet treat,I think it is better then getting into the cookie jar, or letting your craving get the best of you and really start cheating. Some people do stall when they eat them, but I have been fine, just a note though, eating too much malitol has a laxitive effect,so don't eat too much at once.Hope this helps
good luck somersizing!
