I tried Somer's mini pizza recipe from Fast and Easy book. It was ok. Friday nights we always make homemade pizza, so instead of making the regular pizza and I had to sit there eating a salad with tuna fish. I decided to give her min pizza a try for the whole family.
The result: They ate it, but still wanted their regular pizza. Now maybe I wll still make the regular pizza for them, and make the mini pizza for me.

This pizza is a pro/fat type of pizza.

I am trying to stick to mostly pro/fats meals instead of the carbo meals.

Anyone else try this pizza recipe? Or any other pizza recipe?

Since posting last time about SS mini pizza, I have to say it is a great alternative to real pizza.

In fact my twins want SS mini pizza instead of the regular pizza!

So this recipe has turned into our friday night special meal.
