Default When does our energy return?

Hello all! I have a question about when your energy seemed to lift or at least return to normal. I'm on my 10th day of this new WOL and all the fatigue and nausia are gone, migraine once a day that an occasional advil can fix, but when does all this energy that people are talking about kick in? I would LOVE to start exercising but I find that just a small walk makes me tired and lathargic. So any input from people about when they started to feel energetic again would be great. Thank you in advance.

Kirsten

I guess it must be an individual thing - I've only been following Atkins for 8 days, and already I feel more energized, and am sleeping better.

I'm sure you will start to feel better soon. Give your body a bit of time to work out what the heck is happening, and I'm sure it will straighten itself out.

What supplements are you taking, and how much water are you drinking?

it took me like 3 to 3 1/2 weeks to get my energy back, only because I didn't start out taking the supplements. Once I encorporated the supplements I felt so much better and got my energy levels back.

Hi Karen! You are so helpful. I have learned a LOT from your posts. Thank you. Yes, I am drinking 10 glasses of water a day. I am also taking a good multivitamin, calcium/magnesium/zinc supplement once a day, and a potassium supplement once a day. But I know my energy will kick in soon. I'm patient. This is a life change, so I'm really in no hurry on this diet at all. I was just checking to see when others noticed their energy finally spike. Thanks guys.

Kirsten =)
