Thumbs up sat, dec.20

I started off my routines today with pilates for dummies. this tape is approx. 45 and is a great way to stretch and activate your core muscles.

then I did my weights routine (same as above).

I didn't get to do any cardio yesterday or today but really worked up a sweat doing weights.

I did the fat burn workout for dummies yesterday.

Today I did the firm, maximum cardio burn plus abs tape.
This tape does kickboxing, low impact aroebics, weights, step, standing leg routines and a ab workout.

I have never sweated so much or felt my abs burn the way they did today so this tape is an absolute keeper and will definately be part of my fitness regimen.

Yesterday I completed my set of firm tapes( found the last tape in walmart). Now I can rotate the 3 tapes, doing each on twice (alternating) for a total of 6 days a week. I did complete A and W training last night and loved it.

Complete Aerobics and Weight Training, This tape has 40 mins. of interval training rotating upper and lower body cardio and strength moves. It also has kickboxing (using light weights), a 9 min. chest and ab routine and 5 min. stretch at the end.

This is my newest tape and my favorite one. I really worked hard doing this tape and felt so relaxed at the end after the long stretch. I love the instructor in this tape. I find her motivating and real. She doesn't pretend that the workout isn't hard and she will let out a sound when working hard or you can hear her struggling. I love it!

Total Sculpt Plus Abs, This tape also rotates uper and lower body moves but there is a lot of focus on heavy and medium weights. It includes small cardio sessions (for fat burning) but is focused on weight training. At the end there is a short ad section and stretching. I definately feel my muscles burn during these tapes and still can't do them with no effort. They also recommend that when you get to the point that the tape is no longer challenging, increase your weights. I have a long way to go before I need to do this.

Maximum Cardio Burn Plus Abs, This tape focuses alternates low impact workouts, step, standing leg work to reshape thighs and glutes, ab work and stretching. I really work up a sweat to this tape and the ab work at the end is amazing.

I'm going to keep rotating these tapes until I reach goal. My aim is to totally transform my body by March 4, which gives me about 1 month and 1 week or 40 days to whip myself into shape. I'm already on my way so I'm up to the challenge!!!!

I highly recommend these firm tapes to anyone who wants to re-shape their body quickly. Every tape rotates cardio and weight training, and abs and stretching is at the end. I've never been so impressed by workout videos and I have over 50 in my collection.

Wow Tasha,

Work it out baby! I have the firm fanny lifter set.
DVD 1 is cardiosculpt which is an all over workout with weights and aerobics

DVD 2 is cardiosculpt upper body/lower body that I am trying to alternate

DVD 3 is cardiosculpt abs.

I had a question "they" say you arent supposed to work the same muscle group everyday. The cardiosculpt videos is an all over workout that I do on Mon, Wed, and Frid. On tuesday I do the upper body sculpt and thursday I do the lowerbody. Do you think its excessive? I have heard to give the muscles a day of rest but the weights are light. I am only using the 3 pounders I am not quite up to the heavier ones yet.

Any suggestions?

I want to do cardioscupt abs at night. Work out minimum 5 days a week with at least one day off. What do you think?
