Yes, Jenny, I'm a traitor

I changed programs a while ago, Body Rx is something I've been doing for about 4 weeks. It's a program created by Dr. Scott Connelly (who used to be Bill Phillips' partner in crime when they first started out). BRx is a 6 month program with 4 six week Cycles. The first is where you build muscle/strength, the second is where you sculpt, the third is fat burning and the 4th is maintenance. The program allows for more food and carbs (as written - especially in the first 2 cycles) but it quite LC in the third (the one I am doing). Lifting is different during all cycles as well.

You do 4 different workouts (Chest & Biceps / Back & Triceps / Legs / Shoulders & Abs) and there is no cardio. I swear I have never been more sore than after one of these workouts.

You can read a little more about the program in my Gym Log , Loony and I had a discussion about it last week.

You can also visit the website. www.bodyrx.com

Hmmmmmmmmm......sounds very interesting. I will definitely be looking into this 'cause I've never heard of it before. Maybe I might jump ship too after I'm done with Challenge 1 and check it out. Sounds similar enough to Body for Life that it'll go nicely with the things I've learned and have gotten used to with this WOL. I'll probably be asking more questions in the future on this. Thanks a lot, Natster!
