Exclamation Cereal, cereal everywhere...

...but not a bite to eat! I took a break from (work) and went to the grocery store again. (Day 3) I am still foggy and walking around - in a 'huh' like state. I was looking for beef jerkey when I found myself in the cereal isle....pop tarts, fruit loops.... I laughed out loud and became aware that people actually were looking at me. I had no intention of shopping for cereal. I got my sugar free jello and rolled out.... phew! I think this was the test of the day for me. It will be down hill from here. - Steve

----I also learned that I use food to overcome the lulls of life. Work is currently slow (hence me posting all day) and I have obsesed about food all day. Did great today despite the fog. - Steve

Keep up the good work! It will pass and you'll feel better soon. I assume you're taking the appropriate suppliments, eating your veggies and making sure you're eating *enough* food, right?

You might want to start a journal, if you haven't already. It's handy for keeping "notes" like these. Toodles!

I think it's great how I can go to the grocery store now and skip 10 of the 14 aisles!!! I just move around the permimeter and I'm outta there!!
