Just focus and trust things long term. Keep the water up too. Try not to let daily fluctuations throw you. Mine would jump all over all month long but I only chose one day a month to count and the number was always lower at the end of 30 days even if I had wild swings throughout the month. Your losses will come slow since you are so close to goal and that has to be frustrating too. Keep hanging in there

Hi Gzgirl. thanks for the encouragement. My weight has stayed the same for about 2 weeks now but I've added in a scoopful of collagen powder daily and some extra cheesy calories, so I'm OK with stable weight for now, rather than be eating an inadequate amount of protein long-term.

I stopped the intermittent fasting, because I started to feel a bit off-colour first thing, and thought I was probably hypoglycaemic. I'm going to do what you advise, though, and hang on in there.. I feel I am going in the right direction. Onwards, and not upwards.
