Question Low-carb-ify this cake -- pound cake ideas

I am trying to low-carb-ify this cake for our annual Memorial Day celebration.

It seems easy enough as far as the Jell-o and Cool Whip. I can easily use sugar-free Jell-o and then make my own Cool Whip out of heavy cream and Splenda. Would you recommend that for diy low-carb Cool Whip? Should I add vanilla, too?

The other problem is the pound cake. I have searched high and low for pre-made low-carb pound cake all over the net but I haven't found any. Has anyone seen some? If not, do you know any EASY low-carb recipes for pound cake, something that actually turns out sweet? Should I just try regular low-carb cake mix?

Any help and ideas would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

She-Ra

Entenmann's sells a low carb loaf pound cakes in grocery stores.

I've never tried it and therefore have no idea what it tastes like. However, their low carb chocolate chip cookies are very good.
