Default Wandering Wendy's Movement Log

See how serious I am? Not only did I start a journal, I even started a gym log. Yesterday I enrolled in Netflix - and tomorrow some excercise DVD's will be in the mail - that should give the variety I need. Cheaper than a gym membership and when it's 20 below zero - the DVD will be more motivating than any other option. Woo Hoo - can't wait to check the mail tomorrow.

Got the first 2 DVD's in the mail today - I did 30 minutes of Tai Chi today - it was supposed to be a beginner DVD - lets just say I've never been "graceful" - so this is some work- when I was done I could tell I had done some work YEAH ME!!

No workout yesterday - boiler went out in the middle of the night and it's been below zero here for more than 2 weeks. Luckily all I had to do was relight the pilot and refill the boiler, but I have a maintenance man coming out for scheduled maintenance just to make sure.

I did however work out this morning 30 mins of tai chi with the anticipation of 30 mins tonight.
