visited Chili's yesterday and had their new Santa Fe Chicken Salad. It was so darn good I had to come home and make my own. If you love spicy then you will love this. I was going to try to dupe their dressing, but decided to just go purchase from them instead and no, i didn't miss the tortilla strips they put on top of their version at all.

Spicy Santa Fe Chili Lime Grilled Chicken

so yeah, that santa fe chili lime dressing was so freakin' delicious, after finding out that 2 tbls equal 1 carb 1 sugar i called up to chili's to-go dept and ask if i can purchase the santa fe dressing by itself. yes they said "you can purchase 4 ounces for 0.49cents."

so yeah, i bought 5 of them. i was trying to get 10 but they said i would b taking all that they had available for the evening so they could only sell me 5.

that was cool. i got my 5. came home and grilled me some chili lime chicken, made me some pico de gallo topped w/avocados and proceeded to make me my own Santa Fe Salad using romaine dressing. oh my goodness...it was so bomb.

yeah, so im glad they are right at the corner because that dressing is surely going to be a staple in my fridge.
